We use DHL for America and DEPEX for Europe. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep track of your parcel.

Send us an email at orders@mont5.com within 7 working days of purchase. After seven days the item is shipped to your given address. MONT5 is not responsible for wrong shipping after the time period. If the shipment is returned to MONT5 the customer will have to pay second time shipping fee.

These charges are beyond our control and we’re unable to determine the cost as import duties vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office before ordering, as these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
